Way Ahead Therapy

Way Ahead Therapy is a mental Health Occupational Therapy Service. Delivering 1:1 therapeutic support, clinical supervision, workshops and training and online courses. We offer individual mental health Occupational Therapy support, both online and face to face, wherever and whenever suits you. Our clinical work is fully evidence-based and delivered by experienced mental health professionals. We work with adults and young people from the age of 12. People who use the service may struggle with a range of things such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, bipolar disorder, low confidence or issues in the work place. We deliver mental health training and workshops. Our range of options are delivered by mental health clinicians with extensive practical experience. Topics can be tailored to the needs of your workplace, school or organisation. For example: -Developing your resilience -Supporting young people to manage anxiety -Understanding and managing anxiety -Coping with exam stress and pressure -Supporting employees with illness or disability -Returning to work after sickness/ absence -Coping with stress -Assertiveness skills Our online courses offer a flexible option for you to work through in your own time. They include options to support you to sleep better and to support your child with exam stress.
