Way Housing (Pvt.) Ltd. (WHL) began its journey in 2013 with the ambitious vision of making homeownership accessible to all under the theme "Apartment for All." Staying true to its mission and long-term vision, WHL aims to expand its housing projects to 300 Upazilas across Bangladesh by 2032—a bold and transformative goal.
To achieve this, WHL is now focused on reaching the lower-middle-class demographic in rural areas by drastically reducing production costs. This has sparked a new ambition within the organization: to become the market cost leader in affordable housing across the country.
