Wayfield Green was founded in 2020 by Des McGarry and was born out of the initial sale of a majority shareholding in the Invesco Group of Companies (now known as Unio ) in 2018 to Irish Life Group. Wayfield Green is a private investment firm that invests private and family capital in businesses with the potential to create long-term value. Our principal objective is to partner with exceptional management teams to build great businesses.
