Wayfinder Coaching was set up by Lorna Cheetham in 2022 to help support to find their way in life and reach their true potential.
Lorna uses her experience of 22 years in the corporate world and her training as a business and personal coach to support people in both their professional and personal lives.
She is passionate about helping people to manage imposter syndrome and low self confidence and to realise their self worth and abilities. She also works with people transitioning to a new role, embarking on a career change or who are returning to the workplace after parental leave.
She takes great pride in creating a safe and non judgmental space for people to explore where they are in their lives, what they would like to be different, what gets in their way and what they could do to achieve their potential.
Lorna works with people to increase their self awareness and understand what holds them back and how they can empower themselves to take steps towards their goals and create a more fulfilled, content and happier version of themselves.
