This decade of radical uncertainty and change has uncovered an urgent need for "wayfinding", and we support people in their WayFinding endeavours by facilitating the emergence of... * new 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 - expanding relational quality and diversity through community and networks * new 𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 - cultivating the skills to navigate an uncertain and changing world through action learning and experimentation * new 𝒄𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒔 - capturing and curating meaningful stories and reflections as we journey together This can be a transformational journey, and the prospect of such significant change can be overwhelming. However, this unease can be alleviated by recognising the catalysing potential of *small-scale* action learning & experimentation. Opening up to this realisation provides a tangible starting point for us all and, as we journey together, exciting new possibilities will present themselves.
