The Wayne Law Group is a nonprofit business strategy and legal services firm that leverages an apprentice model of advanced legal training to provide quality legal services at below market rates to under-resourced Detroit-area entrepreneurs.
Our firm is a unique legal model that offers new attorneys the opportunity to continue their legal education and gain practical experience through closely supervised, on-the-job training by experienced attorneys. New attorneys also follow a structured, practical and start-up focused curriculum to better address the needs of the entrepreneurial community.

To serve the needs of start-ups and growing businesses, the Wayne Law Group provides services on an hourly, flat fee, or subscription basis, depending on the complexity of the matter and the needs of our clients. Our rates range from $100 to $150per hour.
