Way of Being is a mental health community and mutual aid society designed for creatives, by creatives, to help us reconnect to our spark — and reinvest in our wellbeing — throughout the highs, lows, and unexpected detours of our careers. We're building a judgement-free space where Creatives can: - help each other navigate everyday challenges through peer resource and advocacy groups - strengthen our long-term resilience through intersectional, identity-based coaching - create space to rest and recharge with expert resources and financial supports - and develop a healthier, more sustainable Way of Being in the industry we love.
