Welcome to WAYs! My name is Magdalena Poradzka. I am an expert with over 20 year experience in Human Resources implementing for big and small companies all types of solutions: HR strategy, organisational development, talent management, motivation, development, leadership, coaching, mentoring, compensation & benefits, Employer Branding, HR communication, HR processes and policies. I believe that eco-system of each company is unique and so should be solutions for the Human Capital, carefully adjusted to the needs, specificity and stage of growth of each organisation. I am a coach and a mentor helping individuals to realise their professional and private dreams, and build life they want to live. Each of us has much more talents and skills that we admit to ourselves and my journey with each of my clients involves searching for that forgotten inner gold, building bigger self-awareness and strengthening trust and belief in oneself.
