The Wayzata Conservancy

Panoway on Wayzata Bay is a place where we come to connect and celebrate the beauty and vitality of Wayzata’s lakefront. The Wayzata Conservancy was established in 2017 to advocate and raise private philanthropic funds for development, maintenance, and operating costs of the Panoway on Wayzata Bay project along Lake Minnetonka in Wayzata, MN. This transformative plan for Wayzata’s lakefront was designed by award winning, landscape and urban design firm Civitas and has been recognized nationally by the American Society of Landscape Architects and The Waterfront Center. Panoway is a community built initiative to reconnect residents to Wayzata’s greatest asset, Lake Minnetonka. Supported by the residents of Wayzata and approved by the Wayzata City Council, the project is ready to move forward with enhancements to Wayzata’s lakefront and the creation of additional beautiful park spaces.
