WB Capital Group was founded by Scott Weedman and Brian Bowers. Their goal was to create great investment opportunities for both accredited and non-accredited investors in multifamily housing focused on America’s workforce. As long-time real estate investors, Scott and Brian recognized that there is a significant shortage of affordable housing in America. As a country, we are not building new multifamily housing targeted to the group that makes up the majority of our population.
