Northeast Indiana Public Radio, Inc. is the licensee for WBOI, WBNI, WCKZ, and W204BF. NIPR., Inc., is a 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1), and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) non-profit, charitible organization governed by an 18 member board of trustees. Additional guidance is provided by a 24 member community advisory board. NIPR, Inc. employs a staff of 11, complemented by more than 50 regularly scheduled area volunteers who assist with on-air operations and off-air support.
