The Westchester Black Women’s Political Caucus, Inc., (WBWPC) was founded in 1976. For over 40 years, the WBWPC has played a vital role promoting the inclusion of African Americans; women in particular, in all phases of the political process in Westchester County. The WBWPC is a six-chapter, multi-partisan, political organization with chapters in Bedford, Greenburgh, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Peekskill and Yonkers.
