Carver Grant is a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 46 years of experience working throughout the Bahamas. He has worked in the capacity as Registered Land Surveyor, Government Engineer and Consulting Civil Engineer. The last 35 years W. Carver Grant & Co. Ltd. has provided municipal, industrial, commercial, and residential consulting services principally to communities in the Northern Bahamas. The knowledge, experience, and professionalism which W. Carver Grant & Co. Ltd. brings to any project team are invaluable. Being an integral part of the Freeport technical community we have worked on a variety projects and are well suited to interpret the myriad of local influences which impact upon the project. W. Carver Grant & Co. Ltd. provides consulting Civil Engineering, Architecture, Land Surveying and appraisal/valuation services to Freeport and the entire Bahamas. While engineering is our primary focus we are capable of, and are licensed to provide Architectural services. We have a solid and established history of providing functional and locally constructible solutions to the unique technical problems, which our island environments pose. We have provided more than a decade of uninterrupted engineering service to Freeport, more specifically “the Port Area”, and have a well established relationship with local utilities, contractors, builders, material suppliers, banks and financial institutions, and the building officials of the Grand Bahama Port Authority.
