A Caring Center for Women has been serving Indian River, St. Lucie and Brevard counties for over 7 years. We offer free and confidential counseling and support to women facing pregnancy. Whether planned or unplanned, a pregnancy can feel scary and overwhelming. Making a decision about an unplanned pregnancy is a very personal choice. We are here for our clients no matter what choice they make. Our services are completely free and confidential. We offer free pregnancy testing to confirm a pregnancy, free ultrasounds to help determine viability (if there is a heartbeat). We do not provide prenatal medical care or abortions. If you have a positive pregnancy test and you are considering abortion, ultrasounds are very important! An ultrasound before the procedure helps determine viability, as an abortion procedure should only be done if there is a viable pregnancy. An ultrasound also dates the pregnancy to confirm the gestational age (how far along you are) which determines what procedures are available to you. We offer regular classes on a variety of women’s care topics. Our classes provide education and support to help women stay healthy and confident throughout pregnancy. From nutrition and emotions in pregnancy to parenting workshops and more, classes at the Caring Center for Women will benefit clients' overall wellness.
