Diversity of community and ideas has been the centre-point of our work, anchored around the Wandsworth Community Empowerment Network. - Bring together people and agencies to generate ideas and solutions that can help address our most pressing health and social care challenges - Understand and share the shifts in technologies that are needed to provide early intervention and prevention services, in places that can make the biggest difference - Try out new ways of designing and delivering services that tap into and unlock the skills and capabilities of public agencies and local people - Complement mainstream service provision and add value to activities already underway in communities - Evaluate the learning and share it with communities and public agencies to enable the development and spead of community centred approaches to health and wellbeing
