World Consumer Protection Chamber of Commerce (WCPCC) was formed in July 2018 by Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN) EXCO Entrepreneur Development to play the vital role in protecting the rights of consumers and businesses MTPN EXCO Entrepreneur Development serves as a channel or liaison with government agencies, private or NGOs according to MSMEs/SMEs sector and Gig Workers. MTPN EXCO is responsible in planning, implementing and executing WCPCC goals & programmes related to MSMEs/SMEs & Gig Workers World Consumer Protection Chamber of Commerce(WCPCC) establishment is to serve the businesses & communities of all race in raising the awareness of SMEs & GIGs Standardization, uplifting SMEs & GIGs practical benefits against inequality, managing complaints and related matters. WCPCC is backed by eighty (80) institutions & two hundred and nineteen (219) MTPN branches to initiate its important role as SMEs & GIGs reference guideline and assist local governments in promoting legal constitution to protect the rights and interest of businesses. WCPCC having works with 54 countries through Worldwide Consumers Association (WCA)
