Women’s Developer Group PS

The Women's Developers Group's mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment to encourage those who identify as women to advance their skills and leadership potential through providing visibility, community, and support. This group is designed to be a safe space and a community for all female engineers (& allies) across Publicis Sapient, run by female engineers. We aim to empower women and create a sense of belonging as we recognise that we are a minority in a highly male dominated industry. This group shall serve as a forum and safe space for female developers to find their voice and be heard within Publicis Sapient.
