Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference (WDSC)

The 9th Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference: Edinburgh, May 4-7 2026 The conference is a forum for industry and academic experts, along with trade and commercial partners, to meet and discuss all aspects of distilling. A wide range of experts from the global distilling industry will share their knowledge and latest thinking on all aspects of the spirits sector. The origins of the event can be traced back to Institute of Brewing conferences in Aviemore, first held in the early 1980s. Since those small beginnings, the conference has expanded to become the world’s leading gathering dedicated to distilled spirits.
