'We Are Being' was co-founded in 2021 by Alan Muskett and Gary Black. After a combined 50 years of FMCG experience, performing senior leadership and director roles, we know how mentally tough it is to juggle the increased intensity of the workplace with the pressures of modern life. We have both experienced our own personal challenges with mental health and found that we share something else too – a passion to help others succeed and avoid the mental traps that so many of us are falling into. We are asked to be many things in our lives; however, what is often missing is a set of practical and simple tools to get us there. Our programs benefit personal resilience, performance, leadership and culture. Rooted in scientific research, our signature workshop 'We are Being Resilient' is a full and interactive day of self-discovery and personal action planning, in which we teach our six ‘Beings’ of resilience. We often wonder how life would have been if we had access to the range of tools that we have now developed! ‘Everyone who works should do this session, especially if you work in a high-pressure environment. It really puts everything into perspective and gives you tangible information that you can put into practice both in and out of work’
