Kansas City-based The Purple Guys recently announced the acquisition of We Are IT, both headquartered in Kansas City. The acquisition was effective on August 1, 2017. With the acquisition, The Purple Guys has significantly increased our employee count, making us one of the largest managed service providers in the region, providing outsourced IT support (remote and onsite) to over 200 local companies and organizations throughout the Midwest. In 2017, we also expanded our reach opening an local office for our clients in St. Louis.
