Strategy is the practice of setting a goal, then designing and executing a plan to get there. And yet, so few employees are given the tools, techniques and language to allow them to deliver their individual or their business' strategy and goals. At WAM, we believe everyone in business – including you and your team – can learn to be more strategic. Our business is built on 20 years of strategy practice across major global brands. It answers the question: Why do some people seem to be ‘brilliant’ at strategy? It’s the way they think. Our programme teaches the facets of strategic thinking that are usually overlooked. Whilst templates are helpful, we don’t rely on these to create a strategy. It’s the approach to thinking that is important. This isn’t ‘paint-by-numbers’ strategy, this is about being strategic and it can be learned. They take place either in person or virtually - ours is not a 'click to download' set of pre-conceived videos. They are taught directly, in small groups and are customised to you as our clients.
