The We Collective is a Black-owned and queer-led social impact agency. Guided by the vision of our founder Mike Mullings-Whitaker, our mission is to strategically advance the "collective we" by creating opportunities that allow all queer individuals, especially those from marginalized communities of color, to thrive.
Our mission is actualized through empowering our communal network, leading with creative and innovative approaches, and ensuring that we identify and pursue new opportunities to give back to the LGBTQ+ community.
