Dance Free C.I.C.

Dance Free is a community dance and movement organisation holding regular events at various indoor and outdoor locations in nature including woodland, beaches and urban parks. In nature, participants move to music wearing silent disco headsets. In Dance Free sessions people are guided to move in their comfort zone, to express all emotions, access deeper sources of creativity and feel a deep connection with nature and each other, which brings positive change to their lives. It is a creative space initiated by various types of movement facilitation and free movement to a creative soundscape of music. Because the sessions invite people to move as much or little as they want, anyone can participate, regardless of age, gender or ability. It is a mindful experience moving and connecting to the body and nature through the music.
