WeGLOW was co-founded in 2020 by personal trainer & entrepreneur Stef Williams and Alex Townshend. The goal was to create an app and a community that gives women the tools, knowledge and support to develop life-long confidence and sustainable habits on their fitness journey. Spurred on by her own experiences, Stef wanted to create an app that broke down the common barriers women face in health & fitness (lack of time, confidence, knowledge, support), that celebrates movement for how it can make you feel and ultimately supports every woman in their health & fitness journey regardless of their ability, goal or lifestyle.
