WE LIFT LA empowers transitional foster youth by providing life skills services, consistent mentorship, workshops, and counseling, to make the shift from foster care to independence seamless and successful. Here are just some of the ways we help: - Mentorship - Our trained volunteers provide consistent, one-on-one mentorship, creating a caring, supportive, committed, and transformational relationship many former foster youth have never experienced. - Housing - WE LIFT LA's Fundraising Campaign includes a residential housing community, incorporating job training at an on-site retail store, and youth resource center. - Life Skills Services - Career Development Academic Advising Financial Planning Nutrition and Cooking Anger Management Parenting Domestic Violence Awareness Grief Recovery Creative Arts Fitness and Recreation
