Anything and everything has roots. The we r urban story starts in 2016 in Hong Kong with a desperate flat hunt. Our founder Raphaela reaches the shores of Hong Kong eagerly looking for a place to call home. She finds what we often call a shoe box (or a garage with no windows!) and gathers some friends to renovate her new place. Soon a real home is created: they paint the walls, build their own furniture, all to create not only an aesthetically beautiful but a cosy place that is warm and inviting. Why do so many visitors and new residents have such a hard time to find a conveniently located space which is both cost efficient and homey? we r urban offers: Community Creating a community for young professionals is our key driver. Relocation can be challenging so we acknowledge the importance of a welcoming community. We will help you feel at home from the first second. Something really priceless. Location Location is key!
