Anything and everything has roots. The we r urban story starts in 2016 in Hong Kong with a desperate flat hunt. Our founder Raphaela reaches the shores of Hong Kong eagerly looking for a place to call home. She finds what we often call a shoe box (or a garage with no windows!) and gathers some friends to renovate her new place. Soon a real home is created: they paint the walls, build their own furniture, all to create not only an aesthetically beautiful but a cosy place that is warm and inviting.

We know the challenge to commit longterm. Life just keeps changing. So we offer apartments from 28 days onwards. We want you to enjoy the city and our community instead of overpaying for your rent. We offer fair prices and always go the extra mile.
