We Sup is a water fitness project that started in Kalamata and combines our love for the S.U.P boards and the fitness .Curently we are open during the summer season. We offer a variety of SUP based fitness programs for all ages and skill levels! Whether you are an experienced sup athlete or you have never heard before about this unique experience we guarantee that you will enjoy your time paddling through the sunset. Feel free to take your friends with you and leave your worries behind while the sun ends his daily journey .
