History- Our story began in the 80's
Three WMCube founding members who worked in Matheson PFC, a subsidiary of Jardine Pacific, had participated in developing an enterprise-level system that enabled a very efficient and scalable back-office to handle comprehensive Fund Investment Dealing & settlement. The system was deployed to 8 countries worldwide in the 90's. In 2004, one of our founding member management buyout the said system from Towry Law (acquired Matheson PFC in 1998). After continuous upgrading and development, WMCube finally built a new system 2016 named CUBE.
2014: The start of the CUBE
WMCube was formally established in July 2014 and was licensed for SFC Type 1 Dealing in Securities in 2015. In 2020, we allied with a well-known licensed insurance company in UK/HK and became the authorised custodian of its investment-linked policy. We believe this new business will become a game changer in the Hong Kong platform industry.
