WealthTrust Securities Limited (WTS) is a Primary Dealer appointed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in terms of the Local Treasury Bills Ordinance No. 8 of 1923 and the Registered Stock and Securities Ordinance No. 7 of 1937.
As one of the largest capitalized non-bank Primary Dealers, Wealth Trust acts as a specialized intermediary in the government securities market with shareholder reserves exceeding Rs. 2.7 Billion as per the audited financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2021 and a Net Asset per Ordinary Share of Rs. 82.03. Our main shareholders consist of Finco Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, SAFE Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Sierra Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and GENESIIS Software (Pvt) Ltd.
