WealthTrust Securities Limited (WTS) is a Primary Dealer appointed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in terms of the Local Treasury Bills Ordinance No. 8 of 1923 and the Registered Stock and Securities Ordinance No. 7 of 1937. As one of the largest capitalized non-bank Primary Dealers, Wealth Trust acts as a specialized intermediary in the government securities market with shareholder reserves exceeding Rs. 2.7 Billion as per the audited financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2021 and a Net Asset per Ordinary Share of Rs. 82.03. Our main shareholders consist of Finco Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, SAFE Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Sierra Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and GENESIIS Software (Pvt) Ltd. The company’s Board of Directors consists of eminent personalities who also sit on the Boards of other leading listed companies along with a management team consisting of respected professionals with decades of market experience.
