His more recent achievements: 1. Building a retail brand business from scratch with zero revenue & no staff to a full team with over RMB 100 million in sales turnover in 2.5 years. 2. Successfully restructured retail brand companies with declining performance and profitability. He has many years of experience in team building, coaching and management thinking & skills improvement, and has provided guidance, skills training and coaching (including one-to-one coaching) for the management teams of a number of companies. He is a certified Executive Coach & TTI DISC & Motivator Analyst.
