Beyond

Beyond is a youth mental health charity tackling the growing mental health crisis affecting young people in the UK. We believe that every young person deserves the right to receive the most effective mental health treatment, at the right time. Through our ecosystem of mental health support, we use our expertise and resources to help those working with young people access the right mental health support for those in their care. Co-designed by Beyond's impressive Youth Board, Now and Beyond is an annual digital festival for educational settings. Launched in 2021, Now and Beyond connects the education community with invaluable mental health resources from the sector. Now and Beyond bridges the gap and equips educators with the tools they need to deliver important mental health lessons in their classrooms. Since 2021, we have enabled over 2 million young people, educators and parents and carers with access to relatable and engaging mental health educational materials. Beyond's Schools' Programme delivers personalised mental health interventions to vulnerable children in educational settings through our approved network of youth mental health providers. Fully funded for up to one academic year, this support is life changing for the young people who receive it. And lastly but by no means least, at the heart of Beyond is a group of 10 to 25 year olds who passionately share their lived experiences of mental health challenges so that others feel less alone. Their insights and input informs every aspect of our work. We vehemently believe that young people's voices are being asked for, but not heard. We're on a mission to amplify their voices to the rest of the sector, and beyond.
