🌟WeAreHear: Empowering Hearts, Transforming Live🌟 Join us at WeAreHear, a volunteer-run organisation that was founded in 2020 during COVID-19 with commitment to fostering positive change through Heart-Based Listening and Heart-Based Leadership sessions.🤝 At times active listening, empathetic listening or even practising mindfulness limits innovation or creative ways of problem-solving. You may feel that conversations are superficial or transactional, commonly misunderstood, leads to conflicts and creates more difficulties even when having good intentions. At WAH, you helped us discover that unlocking deeper connections is through connecting hearts. 👂 Heart-Based Listening: This experiential learning for individuals focuses on engaging in compassionate, heart-centered conversations to provide support and understanding. Together, we create a safe space for individuals to be heard, fostering well-being on a personal level. 💙 🌈 Heart-Based Leadership: We believe in leading with empathy and compassion during conflicts and problem solving. Our leadership sessions inspire individuals to become compassionate leaders, positively influencing the mental health landscape of society. 🚀 🌍 Impactful Mission: To nurture a connected, inclusive community that practises speaking and listening with empathy towards a compassionate world.
