Heraclea is ethically-harvested olive oil that brings the Aegean way of doing things from our grove to your table. Olive oil is our tradition, so we pride ourselves on doing things the way they’ve always been done. This means returning to the old techniques: small batches, healthy soil, sustainable production, and fair wages for everyone who touches our product. Our natural methods keep us small and we like it that way. Because to us, olive oil is more than just something you keep in a pantry. It’s big tables and long nights. It’s a reason to gather and enjoy meals together. It’s “zeytinyağlılar,” or everything we love to eat. With Heraclea, we’re proud to bring this love beyond our grove to be passed around your table. Like our olives, we’re not perfect, but we’re always growing. With every harvest, our aim is to learn and improve our practices as we go.
