The Jamaica International Arbitration Centre Limited (JAIAC) is an independent arbitration and ADR centre that has been established with institutional support from the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), formerly the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA). The JAIAC is geared to serving dispute management, capacity-building and related needs from Jamaica with a Caribbean regional and global focus. The JAIAC enables access to: 1.
