Moussem is a purpose-driven rug company with a mission to preserve the Amazigh (Berber) heritage by empowering women artisans in Morocco ⵣ In its first year, and with no external funding, the brand has amassed a dedicated community of customers who believe in ethical shopping, supporting the makers and celebrating the Amazigh indigenous heritage. In 2021, Moussem launched its trade programme which saw them land high-profile projects working with designers to furnish the COP conferences in Glasgow and Egypt, WEF in Davos, Cannes Lions, multiple commercial offices in London and an exclusive luxury hotel in the Costwolds.
