About Sunshine Creative Sunshine Creative was a Los Angeles-based creative production studio specializing in high-impact content for beauty and lifestyle brands. Founded in 2024 by Hannah McGough and Angela Peterman, the studio delivered end-to-end creative—from TikTok ads to Times Square billboards—helping brands visually define themselves and grow across DTC and retail channels. The agency was born from the success of Banana Brands Creative, a full-service marketing consultancy established in 2020 by Hannah McGough. Under Banana Brands, Hannah led strategic and creative efforts for leading Beauty and CPG brands, including a transformative brand refresh for Suave leading to the opportunity to do the same for their newly acquired heritage brand ChapStick. As the agency evolved and the demand for premium content grew, Hannah invited longtime creative partner and photographer Angela Peterman to co-found Sunshine Creative as a spinoff dedicated exclusively to production. Together, they built a standout portfolio of social, e-commerce, and editorial content, partnering with emerging and heritage brands alike to craft assets that performed across platforms and touchpoints. Sunshine Creative officially closed its doors in the summer of 2025. However, Hannah continues to offer brand strategy, creative direction, and go-to-market consulting through her independent practice.
