The Ordinary People Society

The Ordinary People Society is an innovative, faith-based national nonprofit organization founded in 1994. T.O.P.S. offers hope and creates an environment that provides a continuum of unconditional acceptance and care to individuals and their families who suffer the effects of mass incarceration without regard to race, sex, creed, color, religion or social status. Headquartered in Dothan, Alabama, T.O.P.S. exists to recognize the disparities in arrest, bail, and mass-incarceration. T.O.P.S. was founded by the visionary Pastor Kenneth Glasgow. Today T.O.P.S. is led by Executive Director, Rodreshia Russaw. T.O.P.S. has become one of the leading grassroots organizations in the South focusing on Criminal Justice Reform and Advocacy and concentrating their efforts in rural communities in the Deep South.
