ZenGo is a workplace wellbeing platform created to help people improve their experience of wellbeing at work through measurable data and personal insights. These insights are designed to build awareness, normalise mental health, and help make better sense of experiences at work. By focusing on prevention over cure, ZenGo offers a wide range of tools designed to help people better understand and manage their mental wellbeing before it develops into something in need of external treatment. Underpinned with neuroscience and psychology, our platform looks at five key domains of mental health in the workplace – resilience, motivation, connection, enjoyment and energy. Using these five key domains, ZenGo offers personalised recommendations to a range of workplace focused programmes and exercises based on common principles of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
