Weave Eatery is the latest project by award-winning operators, Lisa and Brent Quarrie of Hayes Common. With a focus on fresh, seasonal food, Fair Trade coffee and local suppliers, it holds strong to the values they have become known for. A beautiful knew fit out celebrating texture with pops of colour is a lovely calm space to enjoy while you linger over what to order! With a daily cabinet of fresh bakes, and an all day menu you will be spoilt for choice. Ashley Brodie heads the kitchen team and is well known for her fresh, beautifully presented food. And at the helm of Events and Operations, Sam Immers brings years of experience in the catering and event industry, and knows how to throw a great party!
