My mission is to help startups and tech companies succeed by developing extraordinary leaders, teams, and organizations. With decades of experience in software and product development, I’ve led teams and organizations as an engineer, product manager, and consultant, from front line to the executive suite. From product strategist to development leader to go-to-market planner, I know what it’s like to wear those shoes. Through 2023 I served as VP of Products at Leap, a VC-backed start-up that provides a scalable platform for brands to launch retail stores. There I led a team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers building and launching a platform powering omni-channel retail operations for 60+ brands and 100+ locations. In scrappy startups, high stress growth ventures, and complex international companies I’ve observed, learned from, and influenced a great variety of executives, leaders, teams, and organizations.
