This is why we in 2007 and 2010 respectively opened our Grill Academies, Denmark's barbecuing epicenter – a learning universe for barbecuing enthusiasts at all levels. The idea behind the Grill Academy is to create tailored experiences in a gastronomic universe focusing on the grill.
