*Responsilibity As an Inbound Call Representative, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls from customers or clients. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and assist callers with their inquiries, requests, or issues. The specific duties and requirements may vary depending on the organization, *Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, following established scripting or guidelines as provided by the organization.
