The Black Council of Windsor-Essex is a collective of Black community organizations and advocates united in working synergistically to fight for Black liberation. We dismantle systemic anti-Black racism through sustained activism and advocacy. Our goal is to create an equitable community as the local authority in Black empowerment for generations to come.
