Women in Ethics and Compliance Global was founded in April 2021 by an international group of professionals with common interests in ethics, compliance, and related fields. From the first day on, we aspire to create a dynamic and safe space where women bring their whole selves and encourage everyone to be authentic, comfortable, and courageous. We are women of all seniority levels that share a common goal of providing our members with meaningful connections. Our focus is to inspire future leaders by promoting women’s continued development at every stage of their careers, through network support initiatives, events featuring change-makers, mentoring programs and so much more.
