Wecorp Industries

Wecorp Industries was a London-based Defence Company that didn't believe that labelling something evil would make anything better. Originated in 2018 the company aimed to bring an ethics-first approach to the industry and develop software-enabled hardware for superior but sustainable performance on tomorrows battlefields. The companies assets and intellectual property were successfully sold to Sting Industries, a company owned by Czech private equity firm Ott Ventures. This transaction took place during a failed Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) listing attempt at the London Stock Exchange.
