Elevate Health is community-driven, nonprofit collaborative of Pierce County organizations who work together across sectors to improve health and wellbeing.
Through our initiatives like Connect Pierce and One Pierce, we provide expertise, resources and technology to align, connect and strengthen our county’s health and social care systems. We don’t provide boots-on-the-ground social services or health care. Instead, we help connect and support organizations who do that vital work.
Our partners include organizations from across Pierce County, including social service agencies community-based organizations, tribes, health care systems and providers, behavioral health organizations, emergency services, schools, governments, foundations and philanthropic organizations.
What makes us unique is the breadth and depth of our relationships. We serve as a connecting point for Pierce County. Because we engage with organizations across different sectors, across communities and across Pierce County, we are able to foster collaboration, channel resources and create positive change at the system level.
Our end goal is that more individuals, families and communities in Pierce County will have what they need to thrive.
