Fascinated with recent neuroscience breakthroughs and cognitive implications, I obtained certifications in NeuroLeadership , as brain-based and brain health coach, mindfulness-based behavior change facilitator and as a HearthMath® Resilience Trainer. This, coupled with an understanding of self and a keen perception of people and situations has allowed me to hone my experience and become instrumental to others as they move through life’s complexities. Blending neuroscience and neurobiology, I created Tri Brain®, a coaching approach and educational program that centers on the alignment and integrations of our three centers of intelligence; head, heart and gut brains. I leverage the most recent science and research of human development to help create new ways of thinking and enhance wellbeing.
