BIODYNAMICS: AND SUDDENLY NOTHING IS THE WAY IT WAS.
"A little bit pregnant doesn't work". Neither does "a little bit organic". Anyone who gets involved with biodynamic agriculture and the thoughts of the biodynamic visionary and Austrian natural scientist Rudolf Steiner will soon see and evaluate each of his actions with different eyes. The aim of biodynamic agriculture is to create a healthy balance in soils, plants, animals and people and to strengthen the natural defences. We got involved in this in 2006 and converted our vineyards to biodynamic farming.
The defining factor for the quality of a wine is origin. And we are convinced: "Biodynamics is pure origin". Biodynamics enhances the character of the wine, makes it more lively and expresses the special features of its ancestry more precisely. Every single one of the many measures and work steps in biodynamic viticulture give the wine a piece of its origin, its environment and its originator on its journey.
