WEIRA's mission is to create a strong support system and resources for immigrant women in crisis, such as domestic violence, divorce, immigration process, career changes, and emotional wellness.
Our vision is to become a primary provider of support and empowerment services for self-identified Russian-speaking immigrant women in California
