WEIRA's mission is to create a strong support system and resources for immigrant women in crisis, such as domestic violence, divorce, immigration process, career changes, and emotional wellness. Our vision is to become a primary provider of support and empowerment services for self-identified Russian-speaking immigrant women in California - Empowering immigrant women to succeed in U.S. society; - Providing immigrant women with resources to integrate into the community and start a new successful and independent life; - Assisting immigrant women with overcoming emotional difficulties, domestic violence, divorce, career changes, and adjusting to life in a new country; - To build a strong networking system to overcome personal crises.
