Weiti Bay

Weiti Bay is a private residential community spanning over 230 acres at the eastern oceanfront perimeter of the Weiti property. Weiti Bay has been meticulously designed and constructed over the last five years to create 150 large elevated residential house sites with beautiful sea and native bush views. The waterfront site has been transformed into a lifestyle destination made up of generous freehold sites ranging from 1500-2000m2. With only 67 acres dedicated to house sites, 163 acres within Weiti Bay remains private green open space, heavily landscaped with native vegetative planting in order to allow privacy and provide a beautifully landscaped environment for Weiti Bay residents.
